Shanghai International Hotel Investment and Franchise Chain Expo
The China Tourism Hotel Industry Association and Shanghai Bohua International Exhibition Co., Ltd. jointly hold the Hotel Plus Model Room Appreciation and Shanghai International Hotel Investment and Franchise Chain Exhibition. Every year, they invite highly regarded hotel management groups and design institutions to realistically restore new brands or concept model rooms, becoming one of the debut places for new brands under InterContinental, Hilton, Dongcheng, Kaiyuan, Wanda, Shimao, Greenland and other groups, and connecting with investors Franchisees provide the most competitive hotel brand solutions in the market. At the same time, we will gather domestic first-class real estate development and hotel owner resources to create a nationally renowned hotel investment and franchise chain event.
The Hotel Plus Model Room Appreciation Series has gathered over 70 hotel brand model rooms, 500 guest speakers, and dozens of highly representative hotel industry chain enterprises both domestically and internationally. On site, we provide a platform and hub for industry exchange, trend grasping, and resource docking for hotel management groups, tourism bureaus of various provinces and cities, real estate developers, investment owners, vertical media, etc. in the form of “real-life model rooms” and “peak forums”, with the goal of “investors and operators, projects and designers, and products and channels”.
